AD SALES FORM

You can purchase an AD in the program by simply attaching your business card or writing your message in the space provided below.  The cost of the ad is $10.00

You may turn in your ad sales form at any rehearsal.  If you are attaching a business card, make sure that business card is COPY READY.  Copy ready means the card should be either black or red ink ONLY.  Any other colors may not show up as well in the program.

If you are sending a personal message, you may write it in the space below and PREMIERE will typeset it for you.  You may attach your own typeset message if you want the ad to look a specific way.  Below, you will find an example of what many of the messages look like:

Write your AD or attach your ad in the space provided below and turn it in to Randall or Doug at any  rehearsal, (be aware of the deadline listed above).  $10.00 needs to accompany this sheet.

If you donate an item for our opportunity drawing you get a FREE AD.  If you want to donate an item to our drawing and get your FREE AD, fill out the OPPORTUNITY DRAWING form enclosed with this packet.
